Privacy policy

A plain-language explanation of what we collect when you request a repair, why we need it, and how we handle it.

Effective August 14, 2026

Information we collect

When you submit a repair request, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, device type, manufacturer, model, issue category, problem description, repair urgency, and permission to contact you. We also generate a reference number for your request so you and our team can identify it during follow-up.

Our website also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare may process limited technical information, such as browser, device, network, IP address, and challenge information, to determine whether a request appears legitimate.

Information we do not request

Do not send device passcodes, account passwords, payment or card details, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through the repair request form. The website does not currently accept payments or create customer accounts.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Review and respond to your repair request.
  • Contact you by phone, text, or email as you requested.
  • Discuss repair options and schedule mobile service.
  • Provide repair support and warranty service.
  • Maintain necessary business and service records.
  • Protect the website and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use repair request details for unrelated marketing.

How your information is handled

This Phase 1 website does not save repair requests in a customer database. Resend sends each submission to our Gmail inbox and sends a one-time acknowledgement with a brief request summary to the email address you provide. Cloudflare provides website infrastructure, security, and Turnstile bot protection. These service providers may process information and retain operational logs under their own terms and privacy practices.

How long we keep information

We keep repair communications only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service and warranty support, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, and protect against abuse. We delete information when it is no longer needed for those purposes, although copies may remain temporarily in provider backups or security logs.

Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing us at restoreitnorthshore@gmail.com. You can also skip the online form and call or text us directly at 351-217-0995. We may need to retain limited information when required for legitimate business, warranty, security, or legal reasons.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect the information we handle. However, no website, email service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep sensitive credentials and payment information out of the repair request form.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our website and services change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the current version took effect.
